Welcome to BIG Rider! We’re dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and professional space for equestrians to manage their performance, training, welfare, and stable operations. These guidelines help ensure that our community thrives in a positive and respectful environment.

By using BIG Rider, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or bans.

1. Respect and Kindness

✓ Treat all users with respect.
✓ Be polite and professional in your communications.
✓ Disagreements are normal—harassment, threats, or hate speech are not.

🚫 Prohibited:

Hate speech or slurs based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or age;
Bullying, harassment, or personal attacks;
Trolling or intentionally provoking others

2. Safety and Legal Compliance

✓ All users must be eighteen or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
✓ Follow all applicable laws and regulations when using BIG Rider.
✓ Only share veterinary or medical data with proper consent.

🚫 Prohibited:

Sharing or requesting illegal content;
Fraudulent activity;
Promoting dangerous practices harmful to people or animals
Uploading harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)

Any illegal activities, like fraud, harassment, or exploitation, will be reported to the authorities.

3. Appropriate Content

✓ Share equestrian-related content that is suitable for the purpose of the Platform

√ Only upload content you own or have rights and/or permissions to share.

🚫 Prohibited:

Nudity or sexually explicit material;
Graphic violence or gore;
Spam or repetitive promotional content;
Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft.

4. Data Privacy

✓ Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others.
✓ Avoid posting personal details publicly unless necessary for business purposes.

🚫 Prohibited:

Sharing sensitive personal data without consent;
Posting private messages or confidential info publicly

5. Fair Use of the Platform

✓ Use BIG Rider as intended for managing your equestrian activities.
✓ Maintain only one account per person unless authorised by your relevant subscription.

🚫 Prohibited:

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code;
Misusing subscription services (e.g. “subscription abuse”);
Using bots or automated tools without permission; and
Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.

6. Account Management

✓ You may delete your account at any time.
✓ Contact support for assistance if your account is banned in error.

🚫 Possible reasons for bans/suspensions:

Abusing subscriptions;
Harassment or threats;
Illegal activities; and
Uploading harmful or prohibited content.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

See something against the rules? Report it! We review all reports confidentially.

BIG Rider reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.
