1.WHO WE ARE
This privacy policy sets out how B.I.G Rider LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Platform”) use and protect your personal data when you use our Services (defined below) including but not limited to:
- our website, https://big-rider.com, and any other website that links to this Privacy Policy; and
- and mobile app, BIG Rider, and any other mobile application of ours that links to this Privacy Policy.
The Platform is intended only for individuals aged eighteen (18) or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (collectively, “Minors”). We do not knowingly collect personal data from Minors. If we become aware that a Minor has provided personal data through the Platform, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data from our systems.
Controller
We are the controller and responsible for your personal data.
We have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy policy. 2.THE TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the person’s identity has been removed (anonymised data).

- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device ID and other technology on the devices you use to access this website or mobile app.
- Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Usage Data includes information about how you interact with and use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which is not personal data as it does not directly (or indirectly) reveal your identity.

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
- Your interactions with us. You may give us your personal data by filling in online forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you :

4.HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

- Performance of a contract with you: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

Direct marketing
During the registration process on our Services when your personal data is collected, you will be asked to indicate your preferences for receiving direct marketing communications from us via EMAIL, SMS or TELEPHONE.
We may also analyse your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view which products, services and offers may be of interest to you so that we can then send you relevant marketing communications.
Third-party marketing
We will get your express consent before we share your personal data with any third party for their own direct marketing purposes.
Opting out of marketing
You can ask to stop sending you marketing communications at any time by logging into the website and checking or unchecking relevant boxes to adjust your marketing preferences and / or by following the opt-out links within any marketing communication sent to you or by contacting us at the contact details provided.
If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes.

5.DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may share your personal data where necessary with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table Purposes for which we will use your personal data above.
- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
6.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

7.DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards (encryption, access controls, secure storage). However, no system is 100% secure; you should protect your credentials and access.
8.DATA RETENTION
How long will you use my personal data for?
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice. Typically, we keep your data for the duration of your account activity and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After this period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized. We regularly review the data we hold to ensure it is not kept longer than necessary

9.YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS BY REGION
UK / EU
You have a number of rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data.
You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data (commonly known as a "subject access request");
- request correction of the personal data that we hold about you;
- request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;
- object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) as the legal basis for that particular use of your data (including carrying out profiling based on our legitimate interests);
- you also have the absolute right to object any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (see OPTING OUT OF MARKETING in 5 for details of how to object to receiving direct marketing communications);
- request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party;
- withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data; and/or
- Request restriction of processing of your personal data.
California
California residents have the right to:
- know what personal information is being collected, the purposes for its use, and the categories of sources and third parties involved;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request deletion or correction of personal data;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of their data (including sharing for advertising purposes); and/or
- limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (e.g., geolocation, racial data).
We must provide a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link where applicable.
Requests will be acknowledged and fulfilled within 45 days, with an extension available for complex requests.
Canada
Canadian individuals have the right to:
- access personal information held by us and receive details about its use and disclosures; and/or
- request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
We must respond within 30 days and may only deny access for specific legal reasons.
Individuals can file complaints with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if dissatisfied with how their data is handled.
Australia
Australian individuals have the right to:
- access to their personal information upon request, typically within 30 days; and/or
- correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data;
We must respond to such requests promptly and without unreasonable cost.
Complaints can be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), which has the authority to investigate and enforce compliance.
South Africa
South African residents have right to:
- access their personal information and request corrections or deletion;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; and/or
- withdraw consent where it forms the basis for processing.
Complaints can be made to the Information Regulator of South Africa, who can investigate data breaches and privacy violations.

We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
